The Abu Dhabi Wedding Show 2024 concluded its programme with a Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony held on 14 October 2024 at Saadiyat Beach Club, Abu Dhabi. The Gala Dinner formed part of the two-day Abu Dhabi Wedding Show, which took place from 13 to 14 October 2024.
The overall event was organised by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), through the Abu Dhabi Convention & Exhibition Bureau, and was delivered in partnership with Miral, the Abu Dhabi destination developer, highlighting Saadiyat Island as a wedding and celebrations destination.
The Abu Dhabi Wedding Show 2024 was designed as a curated, invitation-only platform for wedding planners, designers, venues, suppliers, media and industry stakeholders. The programme included keynote sessions, panel discussions, networking meetings and curated experiences, aimed at knowledge exchange, collaboration and highlighting Abu Dhabi’s wedding and events offering.
The décor for the Gala Dinner & Awards was provided by the show’s preferred partner Soirée Events, led by Kholod El Amrani, with a setup aligned to the venue and evening format. Entertainment for the event was curated by Dina Rouz, with a live performance by Frank Oz.
The Gala Dinner & Awards offered an opportunity for networking and industry discussion, with attendees including Samar Shawareb (Arabia Weddings), Ekaterina Queva of KATERINA MIRA AGENCY, David Queva, Irina Sadomskaya, Aarti Manocha, and Anne Jang.
