Organised by ADNEC Group in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, the event runs from July 5 to 8 and aims to provide a well-rounded fitness and wellness experience for residents and visitors of all ages.

Al Ain Summer Sports (AASS) is back with its second and largest edition yet, offering over 6,500 square metres of indoor, air-conditioned space at the ADNEC Centre Al Ain. Organised by ADNEC Group in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, the event runs from July 5 to 8 and aims to provide a well-rounded fitness and wellness experience for residents and visitors of all ages.

Designed to encourage physical activity during the summer months, the indoor event features fully equipped football fields, padel and tennis courts, and cycling zones—all within a temperature-controlled environment. This year’s edition also includes wellness zones that offer health check-ups, nutrition consultations, and workshops focused on overall wellbeing.

In addition to individual fitness and wellness activities, Al Ain Summer Sports is structured to be a family-friendly experience. Dedicated zones for children provide interactive games and safe play areas, while adults can explore various fitness activities or participate in yoga and wellness sessions. Skill-building workshops also offer hands-on training opportunities for those looking to improve their techniques or start new routines.

To enhance the visitor experience, the venue includes 24/7 parking facilities and a selection of food trucks offering healthy refreshments. The event provides flexible access with one-day, three-day, and weekly passes available, as well as free entry for the first three days for those who register via the official website or the AASS app.
