Amansamar Announced at Wadi Safar: 80-Key Aman Resort with Branded Residences and Wellness Facilities

The development includes private residences consisting of five- and six-bedroom villas, each set on plots starting from 9,000 square metres.

Wadi Safar has confirmed the launch of Amansamar, an upcoming Aman resort and residential project being developed as part of the Diriyah Company’s hospitality plans. Located within the natural surroundings of Wadi Safar near Riyadh, the development will include an 80-key resort along with Aman-branded residences.

Amansamar will reflect the Aman brand’s architectural principles of simplicity, privacy, and alignment with the natural environment. The design is led by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston Architects, with a focus on clean structures and minimal disruption to the desert terrain.

The resort will feature 80 rooms and suites. Alongside the hospitality offering, the development includes private residences consisting of five- and six-bedroom villas, each set on plots starting from 9,000 square metres. These homes will be situated to allow views of the surrounding cliffs and desert, offering a sense of space and seclusion.

Facilities at Amansamar will include a spa with hammam and banya spaces, dining areas, a racquet club, children’s facilities, and swimming pools. Residents and guests will also have access to the Aman Club, which provides select services and experiences.

Amansamar is currently under construction and is part of Aman’s expansion in Saudi Arabia, which also includes Janu Diriyah and Aman AlUla. The group has also announced Amangati, a new yacht project in collaboration with Cruise Saudi.
