Boutique Group to Launch Red Palace Hotel in Riyadh by April 2026

The Red Palace in Riyadh will soon open as the Red Palace Hotel, with operations set to begin in April 2026. Managed by the Boutique Group and owned by the Public Investment Fund, the property will combine modern hospitality with the cultural significance of this landmark building.

Originally constructed in 1943 by King Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud as a gift to King Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Red Palace holds historical significance as one of the Kingdom’s first buildings to incorporate advanced construction techniques for its time. Its transformation into a boutique hotel seeks to preserve its heritage while meeting the demands of contemporary travelers.

Event Spaces: Seven venues designed to host a range of events, from private gatherings to corporate functions.

44 Suites: Ranging from the Royal Suite to eight Spa Suites, each designed to provide a high level of comfort and service, including access to private butlers.

26 Deluxe Rooms and 25 Guestrooms: Offering modern amenities in a setting that reflects the building’s architectural heritage.
