COYA Abu Dhabi will host the return of its signature all-white evening, La Noche Blanca, on Friday, June 20. Taking place at The Galleria, Al Maryah Island, the event will offer a curated dining and music experience against the venue’s waterfront backdrop.
Guests can expect a five-course set menu featuring a mix of COYA classics and new seasonal dishes. Highlights include lobster tacos, truffle snapper ceviche, whole grilled lobster with black ponzu, Wagyu sirloin with Peruvian spices, and desserts such as lime cheesecake with exotic fruit sorbet and the COYA sundae.
The evening will also include music by COYA MUSIC, known for its selection of tribal beats and deep house, and drinks served at the Pisco Bar, with the option of bottle service or individual mixed drinks.
The venue will follow the event’s all-white theme in both decor and dress code, with views over the Arabian Gulf providing the backdrop for the evening.
