The Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) returns from 5 December 2025 to 11 January 2026, bringing concerts, experiences, retail promotions and family activities to the city. A key highlight of this year’s edition is the DSF Drone Show, taking place daily at 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm over Bluewaters and The Beach, JBR.
The show features more than 1,000 LED-equipped drones that create coordinated shapes, colours and visual sequences in the night sky, including enhanced drone-powered pyro effects introduced for this season. Designed for visitors of all ages, the experience adds a prominent visual element to the festival’s programme.
Each evening will feature two different performances. The first, Dubai City of Dreams, takes audiences on a visual journey across Dubai’s landmarks with storytelling elements and a soundtrack that includes music by Hans Zimmer and other well-known composers. The second show, Celebrations, brings together bright colours, dynamic formations and music that reflects the festive spirit. Both performances have been updated with improved brightness, refined movements and added effects.
A wide range of dining options is available nearby, with restaurants on Bluewaters such as Clay Dubai, Shi and Alici, as well as popular beachside venues along the JBR strip including PF Chang’s, Chipotle and Hurricane Grill.
