The Dubai Airshow returns in 2025 with its most extensive programme to date, bringing together global aviation, aerospace, and defence leaders at Al Maktoum International Airport. The five-day event will feature more than 200 aircraft across flying and static displays and is expected to welcome over 150,000 visitors and participants from more than 115 countries.
A key highlight this year is the introduction of electric air taxis to the flying display. These eVTOL aircraft will perform live demonstrations for the first time, offering visitors a look at emerging urban mobility solutions.
The 2025 edition also marks the Airshow’s largest aircraft showcase to date, including commercial jets, military aircraft, private aviation, UAVs, and new prototypes. New eVTOL models, aircraft from COMAC, and several regional debuts will be part of the line-up.
For the first time, the Airshow will extend into the evening on Tuesday, featuring after-dark sessions such as Party on the Runway at Skydive Dubai and Airshow After Dark, with dedicated viewing areas, food trucks, and meet-the-pilot opportunities at the SkyView grandstand.
The Space Pavilion returns in its most extensive format yet. Organised in partnership with the UAE Space Agency, it will bring together global agencies, industry experts, startups, astronauts, and investors. A two-day Space Conference will address responsible space development, upcoming missions, and the UAE’s expanding role in the sector.
Sustainability will remain a central theme for 2025. Exhibitors and speakers will highlight advancements in cleaner fuel solutions, efficient aircraft design, and practical steps toward a lower-emission future for aviation.
