Emirates Renews Strategic Partnership with TUI Cruises to Enhance Cruise Customer Experience

Emirates has renewed its strategic partnership with TUI Cruises to further improve the travel experience for cruise passengers. The partnership will focus on enhancing connectivity, customer service, and operational efficiency between the airline and cruise line.

With TUI Cruises expanding in Dubai by adding a second vessel, Emirates will work closely with the cruise line to ensure that flight schedules align with TUI Cruises’ itineraries, providing better connectivity for passengers. Both companies will also collaborate on marketing initiatives, operational strategies, and planning.

Key updates from the renewed partnership include:

  • Improved Ground Transportation: Emirates will work with local stakeholders to provide smoother transportation between Port Rashid Cruise Terminal and Dubai International Airport for cruise passengers.
  • Dedicated Check-in Facilities: Emirates continues to offer 16 remote check-in counters at Port Rashid, allowing cruise passengers to check in up to four hours before departure, helping to streamline the process and offer more flexibility.
  • Specialized Support: Emirates will deploy dedicated staff to assist cruise passengers with their needs, making the process more efficient.

Additionally, Emirates has entered into a new partnership with Expedia Group to enhance the booking experience for customers. This collaboration will allow travelers to access Emirates NDC fares, extra baggage, and seat selection options, while also improving flexibility in the booking process. Both companies are also looking into future collaboration in loyalty programs to offer more benefits to their customers.
