On September 9, 2025, the SkyLight Gallery at Arjaan by Rotana in Dubai Media City will host EventMania 2025, an industry-focused gathering designed to connect event professionals, showcase services, and explore practical insights from across the field.
After the success of its 2024 edition, which brought together 300 delegates and resulted in ongoing collaborations, the upcoming event is expanding its format. Organisers expect around 500 participants this year, supported by a larger exhibition space and more opportunities for business interaction.
The day-long programme includes Event Maze, a structured speed-networking session where participants introduce their services to a wide set of potential clients, and a supplier exhibition featuring 30 interactive stations showcasing a variety of event services, from technical solutions to decor and entertainment. A podcast studio will also be available for attendees to record interviews, which will be delivered as branded video content ready for social media use.
Attendees will also experience a live show programme that features performances from jugglers, beatboxers, illusionists, and cover bands. In addition, a curated public talk series titled “Event Marketing 360°” will host eleven short-format sessions by industry experts, covering areas such as sales, marketing, innovation, and trends in event planning.
The SkyLight Gallery provides a modern venue with natural light and panoramic views, well-suited for professional interaction. The event will also include photo zones, instant photo printing stations, and curated experiences from participating partners.
