The Fortune Most Powerful Women International Summit will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on May 20-21, 2025. This marks the first time the international summit will take place in the region. The invitation-only event will bring together leaders from various industries and governments to discuss business trends and global challenges.
Discussions will cover leadership in times of crisis, economic changes, emerging technologies, investment opportunities, and developments in industries such as healthcare, sports, and entertainment. The summit will also explore how the public and private sectors can work together to drive growth and innovation.
Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative has led to an increase in women’s workforce participation, rising from 17% in 2017 to 36% today. Women also own 45% of the country’s small and medium-sized businesses. The summit aims to provide insights into this market and create opportunities for collaboration.
