As EPEX marks its 10th edition, the region’s platform for MICE, weddings, and destination events shifts focus to a key pillar of great experiences: Food and Beverage (F&B) and Experiential Venues.
In 2025, EPEX introduces the Gourmet & Experiential Venues Pavilion—a curated showcase of culinary innovators, catering specialists, hospitality groups, and venue concepts that are rethinking the role of F&B in events.
From curated dining experiences and tailored catering to restaurants and venues known for their ambience and storytelling, the pavilion will feature exhibitors such as Venuewise, Rikas Hospitality (Twiggy, Gohan, Lana Lusa), Ladurée, Addmind (Clap, Bar Du Port, Iris), Ben’s Farmhouse, Sunset Hospitality (SushiSamba, Mott32, Attiko, Aura Sky Pool), and FoodInc, among others. Each brand will share its approach to using food as a medium for culture, creativity, and connection.
F&B is no longer just a support function—it has become an important experiential element. At EPEX 2025, this category expands into a dedicated experience zone, helping planners explore how food and venue choices can:
- Foster stronger guest engagement
- Create impactful brand experiences
- Enhance social and destination events
- Turn meals into meaningful narratives
With over 500 hosted buyers and planners expected, the Gourmet & Experiential Venues Pavilion offers a focused setting to engage with culinary partners, explore new concepts, and understand how restaurants and F&B-focused venues can contribute value and character to a wide range of events
Scheduled for September 4–5 at the Grand Hyatt Exhibition Centre, Dubai, EPEX 2025 will continue to bring together leading players in destination events—with a renewed focus on the evolving role of F&B.
