The Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF), operating under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, has signed an agreement with Boutique Hospitality Group, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, to provide employment-linked training support. The initiative focuses on equipping Saudis with skills in hospitality and culinary arts.
The agreement was signed by HADAF Director General Turki Al-Jawini and Dania Al-Obaid, Executive Director of People and Culture at Boutique Hospitality Group.
This collaboration builds on the ongoing strategic cooperation between the Public Investment Fund and the Ministry of Tourism. The PIF has previously supported several training initiatives through partnerships with institutions such as the Higher Institute of Tourism and Hospitality, aiming to enable private sector participation in national training programs.
Through this agreement, both parties aim to improve the professional capabilities of Saudi talent and enhance the sector’s readiness in key specializations. The initiative aligns with the broader objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which include developing human capital and increasing employment in specialized fields.
The agreement outlines support for training costs, including programs conducted outside the Kingdom, and the provision of trainee incentives based on established guidelines. It also establishes a joint working group to oversee implementation and hold periodic meetings to align with operational needs.
