Hard Rock International (HRI) has announced plans to open a new hotel and residential development in Ras Al Khaimah, set for completion in 2028.
The project is being developed in collaboration with RAK Hospitality Holding and Malta’s db Group through their joint venture, HR Hotel JV. Located near Al Marjan Island, the property will include 300 hotel rooms, 395 branded residences, and an events venue.
While financial details have not been shared, the development reflects Ras Al Khaimah’s growing appeal among international hospitality brands.
HRI operates properties in nearly 80 countries, spanning hotels, casinos, live performance venues, and cafes.
Other global names such as Nobu Hotels and Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts have also established a presence in Ras Al Khaimah. The emirate is expected to open the UAE’s first casino in early 2027 through the Wynn Al Marjan Island project.
