The fourth edition of Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie, a chocolate and pastry show, is set to take place at Madinat Arena, Madinat Jumeirah, from September 30 to October 2, 2025. The event will bring together professionals, artisans, and dessert enthusiasts for three days of chocolate, pastry, coffee, and culinary exploration.
Organised by Hospitality Services/HSME, this year’s edition will feature over 120 exhibitors, 50 guest professionals, and 28 masterclasses. The event continues to build on its previous editions by offering a platform for international and regional talent to connect, share skills, and present new ideas.
A key feature of the event is the Chocolate Fashion Show, which returns with a new theme titled A Sweet Journey Around the Globe. Fourteen chocolate dresses will be presented on the runway, the result of collaborations between pastry chefs and fashion students from ESMOD Dubai.
The programme also includes live pastry demonstrations, professional masterclasses, tasting counters, and competitions. Highlights include the Coffee in Good Spirits Championship, held in collaboration with the Specialty Coffee Association UAE, and pastry competitions hosted with the Emirates Culinary Guild.
Joumana Dammous-Salamé, Managing Director at Hospitality Services, said this edition reflects the growing interest in the region for pastry and chocolate innovation. Maha El-Khoury, Project and Sales Director at HSME, noted the continued emphasis on both international expertise and local creativity.
Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie has become a fixture on Dubai’s culinary calendar, drawing visitors from the hospitality industry, food retail, and the wider public. The event offers a focused environment for learning, discovery, and collaboration across the dessert and gourmet sectors.
