BRED Abu Dhabi, organized by Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and presented by Hypebeast, has been postponed to a later date, organizers confirmed. The festival, which was scheduled to return with its 2026 edition, will no longer take place as planned. Revised dates have not yet been confirmed.
In an update shared with ticket holders, organisers confirmed that all purchased tickets will be automatically refunded. Refunds will be processed through the original ticketing platform used at the time of purchase, and no further action is required from attendees.
First launched as a homegrown platform celebrating street culture, BRED Abu Dhabi brings together music, fashion, food, sport and art. Hosted on Yas Island, the festival has developed a steady following for its mix of live performances, brand pop-ups and participation from regional and international artists. It has also provided a platform for emerging creatives across the region.
The 2026 edition had begun generating interest following the announcement of artists including Bryson Tiller and Ayra Starr as part of the line-up. Known for its multi-disciplinary programme, the festival has become a regular feature on Abu Dhabi’s events calendar, particularly among younger audiences.
Organisers stated that further updates, including new dates, will be shared in due course.
