In a strategic move to elevate the role of association-led congresses and high-impact international meetings in the Middle East and India, the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) has entered a two-year media partnership with Experiential Planner and EVENTFAQS Media, aligning with the 10th edition of the Experiential Planner Expo (EPEX) this September in Dubai.
This collaboration aims to create a powerful platform for cross-sector dialogue, increased regional engagement, and meaningful visibility for association-driven events—starting with EPEX 2025 following on to WOW Awards hosted in India and ME. ICCA will host a curated, association-led session at the Leadership Forum, moderated by its global team and featuring international voices from the healthcare, innovation, and legacy-building sectors. The session will underscore the importance of knowledge exchange, destination collaboration, and long-term impact in the global congress landscape.
Our continued partnership with EVENTFAQS reflects a shared commitment to growing the M.I.C.E. industry in the Middle East and India through knowledge exchange and meaningful stakeholder engagement,” added Anju Gomes, Senior Regional Director, ICCA Middle East
As part of this multi-faceted partnership, EVENTFAQS and EP will deliver year-round digital amplification across interviews, expert content, and targeted marketing—helping drive awareness and engagement not only around EPEX but also ICCA’s key regional activities, such as the ICCA Congress, Middle East Summit, and Business Breakfast at IMEX.
“ICCA brings deep global expertise in association meetings, and our partnership is rooted in a shared goal to shape the future of events in the region,” said Karishma Hundalani, Head – Brand and Content, EP. “From immersive content to audience development, this collaboration allows us to support one another in a mutually beneficial manner.”
Through this alliance, ICCA and EVENTFAQS aim to strengthen the bridge between global associations and Middle East destinations, driving long-term growth for the region’s meetings ecosystem.
