The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has elevated Saurabh Tiwari to the role of Vice President – Middle East, Maldives & Sri Lanka.
With more than two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Tiwari brings expertise across hotel operations, commercial performance, guest experience and team leadership. He joined Taj Dubai in 2021 and subsequently took on the role of Area Director of Operations in 2024.
In his new role, Tiwari will provide strategic leadership across IHCL’s portfolio in the Middle East, Maldives and Sri Lanka. His responsibilities will include overseeing operational performance, strengthening commercial results, developing talent and enhancing guest experiences, while supporting the company’s expansion plans across the region.
During his tenure with IHCL, Tiwari has been associated with properties including Taj Dubai, Taj Exotica The Palm and Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Under his leadership, Taj Dubai was recognised as Hotel of the Year in 2025, while its team received the Hotel Team of the Year accolade.
