The city of Jeddah will host the 31st edition of the FIBA Asia Cup from Tuesday, August 5 to Sunday, August 17, 2025. Organised by FIBA Asia, the tournament will be held at King Abdullah Sports City Hall.

This is the second time Saudi Arabia will host the FIBA Asia Cup, having first staged it in Riyadh in 1997. The 2025 edition will see 16 national teams participate, including Saudi Arabia as the host nation. The teams will compete across two stages: the group stage (August 5–11) and the final stage (August 12–17), which includes the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and final.

The top team from each group will progress directly to the quarter-finals. Second- and third-place teams will play qualifying matches for the remaining quarter-final spots.

All matches will take place at the King Abdullah Sports City Hall. The venue has a capacity of over 15,000 and includes updated lighting and acoustic systems in line with FIBA requirements. It also features training facilities, hospitality areas, media zones, and designated spaces for medical and security teams.
