Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) organised its second Customer Forum of 2026 at Nad Al Sheba Majlis as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen direct engagement with customers, gather feedback, and involve them in the development of housing services in line with the needs of UAE citizens.
The forum was attended by His Excellency Mohammed Hassan Al Shehhi, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, along with administrative and technical leaders from the Establishment. Representatives from the Federal Tax Authority also participated, providing customers with an opportunity to raise enquiries and receive information directly.
The forum served as an interactive platform for dialogue between customers and government representatives, where ideas and development proposals aimed at improving housing services were discussed. The session also focused on enhancing quality of life and supporting family and community stability through customer-focused service improvements.
Participants were introduced to the services offered by the Dubai Housing Integrated Center, which provides an integrated environment for UAE citizens to complete housing-related transactions and access support and guidance through a single platform. The initiative is intended to simplify procedures and improve the customer experience.
The participation of the Federal Tax Authority supported coordination between government entities by enabling direct communication with customers and addressing tax-related enquiries relevant to housing services.
Commenting on the forum, His Excellency Mohammed Hassan Al Shehhi, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, said: “At Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, we believe that the customer is a priority and a key partner in the ongoing development of our services. We are committed to listening directly to customers’ views and feedback, understanding their needs and aspirations, and using them to improve and develop our services. The second Customer Forum at Nad Al Sheba Majlis reflects our commitment to engaging with the community and delivering housing services that enhance the customer experience and contribute to improving the quality of life of Emirati families.”
He added: “The forum provides an opportunity to introduce UAE citizens to the services offered by the Dubai Housing Integrated Center and its role in facilitating access to housing services through an integrated experience. It also strengthens coordination with participating government entities, supporting our efforts to deliver services centred on customers’ needs.”
At the conclusion of the forum, Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment reaffirmed its commitment to continuing the development of its housing services, strengthening communication channels with customers, and incorporating customer feedback into future service improvements to support the needs of UAE citizens and enhance the quality of life across Dubai.
