Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced the launch of Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, a new residential development in Dubai’s central business district. Designed by Singapore-based SCDA Architects, the project introduces a cantilevered architectural form across two towers, adding a new dimension to the city’s skyline.
The development comprises 754 branded residences, ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts. Each residence offers views of Downtown Dubai and the Museum of the Future, with an emphasis on privacy and practical design.
A private entry beneath the cantilever leads into a double-height lobby, a landscaped courtyard, and a resident lounge. The towers feature three sky terraces with infinity-edge pools, outdoor lounges, and entertainment areas. Interiors use a natural palette of marble and wood, aimed at providing a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
Residents will have access to a range of amenities, including a fitness centre with dedicated studios, a co-working lounge, private cinema, family pool, padel courts, children’s play zone, and curated dining and social spaces.

Following the success of Jumeirah Residences Marsa Al Arab, this project marks another step in the partnership between Meraas and Jumeirah to deliver integrated residential experiences in Dubai.
