Ministry of Culture Brings the Food Culture Festival to Riyadh, Khobar, and Jeddah This February

The Ministry of Culture’s Food Culture Festival will take place in Riyadh from February 5 to 9, 2025, at Grassy Park in Al Safarat. The festival will also be held in Khobar from January 29 to February 2 and in Jeddah from February 12 to 16, 2025. Organized by the Ministry of Culture’s Culinary Commission in collaboration with the Quality of Life Programme, the festival aims to bring together local and international culinary traditions while offering a range of activities for visitors of all ages.

The festival will feature four main areas:

  • Exhibitors Area: With over 30 booths, this area will offer a variety of street food, including traditional Saudi dishes and international options. The booths will provide an opportunity to sample different cuisines from around the world.
  • Workshops Area: The Workshops Area will include live cooking demonstrations and sessions where chefs will share their skills and techniques, offering visitors a chance to learn about local and global cooking methods.
  • Theater Area: This area will host live performances, including music and cultural events, contributing to a lively atmosphere during the festival.
  • Kids Area: A dedicated space for families, the Kids Area will feature cooking classes and friendly competitions, allowing children to engage with food in a fun and educational way.

The Food Culture Festival is designed to promote cultural exchange, highlight the diversity of global and local culinary arts, and provide opportunities for learning and engagement. The festival is also aimed at fostering awareness of the food sector and offering investment opportunities.
