Real estate developer OMNIYAT has announced the introduction of a beach club at Marasi Bay Island, located in the Burj Khalifa district. This will be the first beach club of its kind in the area, offering a new option for residents and visitors in Downtown Dubai.
The beach club will be part of a broader development plan for Marasi Bay Island, which includes residential buildings, hospitality and wellness facilities, retail areas, and event spaces. A floating green space is also planned for residents’ use.
Traditionally, beach clubs in Dubai are located along coastal areas such as Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and Jumeirah. The Marasi Bay location offers a different setting along the Dubai Water Canal, bringing this type of leisure facility closer to the city centre.
To accommodate the warmer months, several beach clubs in the city, including upcoming ones, have introduced night swimming options to offer a more comfortable experience during the summer season.
