Park Hyatt Dubai has announced the appointment of Ersev Demiroz as General Manager of Dubai Creek Resort, located along the banks of Dubai Creek.
Ersev brings over 35 years of international hospitality experience, having worked across Turkey, the United States, Qatar, Indonesia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Russia. His career includes senior leadership roles with Mandarin Oriental, most recently as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum, as well as multiple management positions with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
In his new role, Ersev will focus on overseeing resort operations, strengthening service standards, and supporting ongoing developments, including the upcoming Solenna Villas and the addition of the Royal and Executive Villas.
As General Manager, Ersev will work closely with Hyatt and Wasl to support the resort’s continued development. His leadership approach is aligned with the long-term objectives of both organisations, with a focus on operational consistency, team engagement, and delivering a dependable guest experience.
