She Runs 2025, the Middle East’s all-women race, will take place on November 2 at Al Forsan Park, Expo City Dubai. Organised by Plan B Group and supported by the Dubai Sports Council, the event welcomes women of all fitness levels to walk, jog, or run under this year’s theme: For Voices. For Connection. For Change.
Now in its 12th edition, She Runs aims to promote health, fitness, and community among women. Last year’s event saw more than 5,000 participants, including over 2,000 school-aged girls. Attendance is expected to grow by around 20 percent this year.
Participants can choose from distance categories ranging from 1km to 10km. Routes will also be available for People of Determination.
Speaking on the event, Dr. Harmeek Singh, CEO of Plan B Group, stated, “Expo City is a city of possibilities, and that’s exactly what She Runs represents. For every girl crossing the starting line, this isn’t just a race. It’s a beginning for confidence, connection, and community.”
In addition to the race, the event will feature a Race Village with wellness zones, fitness activities, art installations, and a marketplace showcasing female-led brands in health food, wellness, and sustainable fashion. Recovery and well-being sessions, as well as mental health talks, will also be available.
