Qiddiya Investment Company has announced a partnership with Adeera Hospitality, a national hospitality company backed by the Public Investment Fund, to develop and operate a series of hotels within Qiddiya City.
The agreement is part of ongoing efforts to support the Kingdom’s tourism goals and contribute to the broader Vision 2030 strategy. Adeera will bring in three new Saudi hotel brands — Alia, Sama, and Noor — that aim to reflect local values and hospitality traditions in a contemporary setting. The names of these brands are drawn from the Saudi national anthem, incorporating elements of cultural identity into the guest experience.
Qiddiya City is expected to become a major destination for entertainment, sports, and culture. As the city prepares to host attractions including Six Flags Qiddiya and Aquarabia, the hospitality offering will play a key role in accommodating both domestic and international visitors.
The collaboration between Qiddiya and Adeera is intended to support the growth of the hospitality sector in Saudi Arabia, offering stays that are designed for a modern audience while remaining connected to local roots.
