The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced a series of public events to mark Saudi National Day 2025 on Tuesday, 23 September, commemorating the 95th anniversary of the country’s founding.
This year’s celebrations will include synchronized fireworks displays across multiple cities at 9:00 PM, with Najran’s display scheduled for 24 September. Major cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Medina, Taif, and others will host the displays, with venues including public parks, waterfronts, and promenades.
In addition to the fireworks, naval shows have been scheduled in Jeddah and Jubail. In Jeddah, the showcase will take place at the Yacht Club from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and will include naval fleet parades, marine commando demonstrations, military equipment exhibitions, and aerial performances by the Sea Falcon aircraft. Jubail will host its programme at Fanateer Beach starting at 3:45 PM, featuring paratrooper jumps, diving demonstrations, folkloric performances, sea drone displays, and aerial stunts by Super Puma and Sea Falcon aircraft until 10:00 PM.
The National Day celebrations highlight the Kingdom’s history, progress, and unity, offering citizens and residents an opportunity to gather and reflect on nearly a century of development since the nation’s unification in 1932.
