Sobha Realty executed a large-scale brand experience on a 9,000 square metre plot of previously undeveloped land at Sobha Siniya Island in Umm Al Quwain, UAE.
The site initially had no existing infrastructure. The project involved converting raw terrain into a fully operational event venue capable of hosting a structured daytime programme followed by an evening gathering. Temporary infrastructure was installed, including staging, lighting, audio-visual systems, power supply, technical production areas, guest zones, access control, and service facilities.
Logistics planning formed a key component of the execution. This included transportation of materials and equipment to the island, on-ground production management, coordination of performances, structured guest flow, and timed transitions between programme segments. All operations were managed end-to-end on site to ensure continuity across the full schedule.
The event demonstrated integrated planning across construction, production, hospitality, and operational teams, with attention to safety, scheduling, and site management in a remote island environment.
Sobha Siniya Island is a waterfront development located off the coast of Umm Al Quwain. The master-planned community includes residential offerings and leisure amenities, with mainland connectivity via a road link.
The execution was delivered in collaboration with project teams, partners, vendors, and stakeholders involved in the development.
