Sobha SkyParks Set to Transform Dubai Skyline with 109-Storey Tower

Sobha SkyParks will rise 450 metres on Sheikh Zayed Road, offering 684 residences, four themed SkyParks, and views of Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.

Sobha Realty has announced plans for Sobha SkyParks, a new residential skyscraper set to rise 450 metres on Sheikh Zayed Road. Once completed, it will be among the tallest buildings in Dubai.

The development will feature 109 floors across five interconnected sub-towers, designed with minimalist glass façades and aligned inset balconies. Sobha SkyParks will offer 684 residences with spacious layouts and large balconies providing views of Sheikh Zayed Road, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf.

The project will include four themed SkyParks, each spanning six stories, offering indoor and outdoor experiences. Facilities will include family play zones, padel courts, fitness circuits, gardens, and an infinity pool deck.

Speaking about the launch, Ravi Menon, Chairman of Sobha Group, said, “Sobha SkyParks reflects our unwavering commitment to shaping the future of urban living in Dubai. It stands as a testament to Sobha’s excellence and meticulous attention to detail, blending timeless design and unparalleled amenities in the heart of Dubai. With this launch, we continue to push the boundaries of luxury and innovation in Dubai.”

Sobha SkyParks will become the second-tallest building in Dubai upon completion. However, other developments including Burj Azizi (725 metres), Burj Binghatti (555 metres), and Dubai Creek Tower (500 metres) are expected to surpass its height in the coming years. The SkyParks will also rise above Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection, which is set to open in November 2025 at 377 metres.
