The UAE events industry is heading into a busy fourth quarter, with major exhibitions, conferences, concerts, festivals and sporting events scheduled across Dubai and Abu Dhabi between September and December 2026.
The calendar brings a concentration of large-scale MICE events alongside live entertainment productions, increasing demand for production infrastructure, AV equipment, logistics, technical crews and venue operations.
Dubai World Trade Centre will host a series of key industry events, including Middle East Energy, AIM Congress, International Property Show, Dubai Derma, Forex Expo, GOTECH, WETEX, Dubai AI Festival and Big 5 Global.
GITEX GLOBAL will conclude the season from December 7–11, with activities planned across Dubai World Trade Centre and Expo City Dubai.
In Abu Dhabi, ADIPEC will take place at ADNEC from November 2–5, bringing another large-scale international event into an already crowded Q4 calendar.
The entertainment schedule will also see multiple major productions take place during the same period. Upcoming events include performances by TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan at Coca-Cola Arena, Blue at Expo City Dubai, UNTOLD Dubai Festival and several concerts at Etihad Arena.
Hans Zimmer Live, Tarkan and Andrea Bocelli are among the artists scheduled to perform in Abu Dhabi during November and December.
The Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, scheduled from December 3–6 at Yas Marina Circuit, will further add to the operational requirements during one of the busiest periods of the year.
With several events taking place on overlapping dates across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the final quarter is expected to place increased focus on workforce planning, equipment availability, transportation and coordination between suppliers and production teams.
For event agencies, production companies, AV suppliers, logistics providers and venue operators, Q4 2026 will be defined by the challenge of managing simultaneous large-scale projects across the UAE.
