Organised by UFC and Abu Dhabi’s Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT Abu Dhabi), a week-long lineup of free public events will take place across Yas Island in the lead-up to UFC Fight Night on Saturday, July 26. The schedule offers fans the opportunity to experience the excitement of the sport through a series of open and accessible events.
The UFC Fan Experience at Yas Mall runs daily until July 27. Open to all, the experience features interactive activations that offer insight into the UFC world, with family-friendly activities designed to engage both new and longtime fans.
On Wednesday, July 23, UFC Fight Night: Open Workout will be held at Yas Mall Town Centre. Doors open at 5:00 PM. Featured athletes include Robert Whittaker (No.5 UFC Middleweight), Reinier de Ridder (No.12 UFC Middleweight), Petr Yan (No.3 UFC Bantamweight), and Shara Magomedov (UFC Middleweight). Each fighter will take part in short workout sessions followed by a brief interaction with the audience.
On Friday, July 25, fans can attend the UFC Fight Night: Ceremonial Weigh-Ins at Etihad Arena. Doors open at 4:30 PM, with a fighter Q&A at 5:00 PM and weigh-ins starting at 6:00 PM. The event will include athlete face-offs and build-up moments ahead of Saturday’s main card.
All listed events are free of charge and open to the public without the need for tickets. UFC Fight Week on Yas Island continues to bring the sport closer to fans, offering unique experiences ahead of one of the region’s most anticipated fight nights.
