Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE’s first gaming resort currently under development in Ras Al Khaimah, has revealed the first look at Enclave – its new residential concept located at the highest levels of the property’s 300-meter tower.
Developed by Wynn Design & Development, Enclave features 313 private residences across six configurations, starting with Enclave King Suites at 75 sqm and extending to two expansive, two-story Royal Apartments spanning 1,500 sqm. According to the developer, Enclave has been envisioned as a private and elegant retreat, with access via a secure, landscaped drive leading to a lobby reserved for Enclave residents.
“With the imagining of Enclave, we’ve invested exceptional design sensitivity into the importance of personal scale and a heightened sense of individual recognition. Every dimension of our design process in creating this jewel within Wynn Al Marjan Island’s crown has been as artful and precise as cutting and polishing the facets of a rare and priceless gem,” said Todd-Avery Lenahan, President & Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development.
Designed to offer increased privacy and personalized service, each floor of Enclave houses no more than 15 suites. Private elevators transport guests to upper-level accommodations finished in tones of platinum, sapphire, cream, gold, and sea mist. The interiors aim to reflect the location’s setting while incorporating regional and international design influences.
Each suite includes dual in-room pantries designed for different times of day – AM and PM – with tailored provisions. Cultural preferences and sensitivities have also informed the design, which targets a diverse, international audience.
“Wynn Resorts’ passion for launching Enclave for the first time provided us the opportunity to deliver an experience unlike anything that exists in this region of the world: the challenge has been to build upon our expertise in creating intimacy within grandeur and to redefine the integrated resort experience,” Lenahan added.
Enclave will also introduce two Royal Apartments designed in partnership with internationally acclaimed firms Anouska Hempel of London and Pinto Design of Paris. According to Wynn, these spaces are being positioned as major design commissions that represent a new phase of hospitality aesthetics for the brand.
Among the other private amenities for Enclave guests are three pools and a dedicated beach area on the eastern side of the resort gardens. Services include beach butlers offering dining options to guests in poolside cabanas, bungalows, or chaises. The area is designed to accommodate both quiet retreats and family-oriented gatherings.
A private restaurant above the lobby will serve as the main dining venue for Enclave residents, starting with breakfast and transitioning into a Lebanese restaurant for lunch and dinner. The venue is led by a restaurateur with roots in Beirut and Paris, marking their debut in the UAE.
Enclave is part of the larger Wynn Al Marjan Island project, scheduled to open in early 2027. The $3.9-billion resort spans 60 hectares and includes 1,217 resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, two Royal Apartments, four garden townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates. The broader resort will also feature 24 international dining venues, lounges, and clubs, along with a spa and beauty facility.
